When designing innovative products, I make sure that our solutions offer real added value for users while maintaining a balance with the business objectives.

Thanks to my "can do" attitude, I find a solution for every challenge, no matter how complex it is. And with my charismatic personality, I can always find some extra power to motivate my team mates and push us to exceed the goals.

What I believe in:

Human centricity: Whatever you design you should always focus on understanding what the user needs and testing the designs with them. Life is complex enough, we should try to make products holistically simpler and more effective.

Northstar: You can reach the greatest outcomes if you can define an understandable northstar. If you cannot communicate a purpose, it is much more difficult to align the team and work effectively.

Team culture: People are the most important resource to design a product. You can achieve greater outcomes if you make sure there is psychological safety in the team and everyone can use their skills. Be inclusive and open to other perspectives.

Learning culture: Nobody is perfect and knows everything. We must actively listen and stay curious every day to understand how to adapt to changing circumstances and needs.
